It is impossible to hate this man. One of the best in the world on his day, his character and mindset are unbelievable. I hope he gets back to his very best and will be rooting for him.

It was crazy how many people (fans and pundits) flat out refused to say that he had dartitis. They insisted on calling it a re-grip, even though it was obvious, to anyone who knows anything about darts, that it was much more than that. Anyway, it's good to hear that he's now over it and hopefully he'll be back to his best sooner rather than later.

Top interview. Nice to hear a player appreciate the position they are in. Yes it's tough on the road but the rewards for doing it are worth it 👌

I can get what Nathans saying about Gary and Price to an extent. Now I cant speak for Price so much but the reasons Gary says he doesn’t want it every time he gets asked because he has been there and done it. He’s been to the finals something like 7-8 times in a row at one stage and has won it twice. He’s an icon of the game and if he’s in there the PDC will get larger audiences and will get more money. Of course they will push him to get involved as they will profit out of it even if he says he doesn’t want it. Simply put, Gary playing will bring in larger audiences than 99.9% of players currently on the circuit and that’s why he will always be in the conversation. I don’t really think the PDC would care about it “looking bad on them” if it brings in the 💰

I like this guys style he comes across as a nice bloke that doesn't talk too much shit,he can play a fantastic standard of darts and at his best could match it with anyone on the planet!! What i do believe he must work on is getting that stopping and resetting himself mid throw habit could possibly go either way as it is a sure fire way to developing dartitis,,i really hope im wrong because i really appreciate and admire his tenacious style of play,he is only young so There is no reason why he can't be at the top for decades, but if he keeps overthinking it and keeps stuffing around with his throwing then i fear dartitis will be his downfall,,,he has got to where he is because he is a great player so he has got to have trust in his throw
