I couldn't duplicate it but it is possible to get 0.0 sec on the tame horse game. If you tame a wild horse and then talk to the guy he will start and stop it on the same turn and so the Switch, i have that, won't get to increment the timer. I tried that again but he doesn't seem to talk to me when I am on a horse.
