I think the reason Trevor punches Michael is because the radar says Michael is an enemy, so Michael and Trevor's (in this case Trevor) AI is programmed to attack whatever Franklin's enemy is.

He's reading too much into it, during the cutscene, Michael was labeled an enemy rather than an ally, so Trevor, being labeled as an ally is programmed to attack everyone labeled as enemies, and he isn't programmed to have a memory, he's programmed to follow the script. Thinking that Franklin killed Michael was part of the script.
