The problem with that coconut oil is that there could be addivtives like mineral oil whch could interfere. I used to use coconut hair oil and it stained by pillowcases (and pillows, too) pretty bad. Eventually I stopped using oil, and the natural oils in the scalp keeps the hair well, provided it is short and clean.. BTW too much coffee could give you an 'edge' and make one feel jittery. Meditation should help, and it works. MaryAnnHerndon8276 in her post recommended you read some bedsde story. I think you should. You have a very quiet voice. It is a GREAT idea. Do try with an episode. Start reading some short stories or some excerpt from some book, a philosophical book, or perhaps from the works of John Steinbeck (your voice, somehow reminds me of him, for some unknown reason).

I'm a bit of an introvert and just realized a few yrs go. The panic attack was at work and I was just working for a week on a shift that was different then mine. As a result there were a lot of people i didn't know around me, too close and for just a little too long. It hit me like cold sweats, increased short breaths, a bit of nausea....it was weird.

Have you done a video about making a budget for van life? It would be interesting to see how much you budget monthly for gas, groceries, etc. I'm curious about what it really costs to live (solo) in a van. A couple of years ago I spent three nights parked at the Arcata sports complex. The place was closed because of the pandemic. Other vehicle dwellers were overnighting there, too. Some of them seemed like long-termers. It was quiet enough for me. One day a woman came around offering staple foods and snacks (to which I said thanks, but I was well supplied), so I think the community was not only tolerant of vehicle dwellwers but also willing to assist. It's a college town so perhaps a little more progressive than some places. And there's a shop that has really good bagels. A few years before I spent a couple of nights at the Samoa Boat Ramp and it was quiet enough, but when I returned it was packed for the weekend. That's how I ended up at the community center.

It's your own business. Everyones anxiety is different. I also love my coffee, but when my anxiety is worse, for me, I have to cut back or switch to a nice cup a tea. I always go back to my coffee. Walking also helps me. I love our big Douglas Fir trees, ferns and streams. Since I retired and closed my business during covid, along with therapy for significant life trauma, I'm feeling better. Traffic and noise are significant factors with my anxiety. We all come from different life experiences. I'm glad you've found what works for you. At almost 65 I've learned that we mustn't judge others. I've also got a much better handle on not being a people pleasier. Blessed be.

I’ve got to agree with you about the Pacific Northwest it is my favorite part of the country that I’ve lived or visited. The redwoods were stunning camera phone or not, just amazing that you can walk on those paths that close to town. My boyfriend is an auto mechanic and he recommends to just use mid- grade or premium-grade gas once a month or so and skip the cleaner or additives. If they start putting more ethanol into the gas like they are talking about then we all might have to start using additives. If you can drink lots of coffee and still feel good then go for it! 🙃
