I've had the cat family for a while, but the kittens still don't love me...

Seven days ago, I adopted a poor stray cat mother and her family. The mother cat is very friendly with humans, but her kittens are particularly resistant to us. I thought time would quickly warm up our relationship, but I may have been too optimistic. Forty days have passed, and I still haven't gained the kittens' trust, but I will always take care of them!

It seems evident that the cat mom belonged to a human at some point, so she's already socialized. The kittens, however, are truly feral at this time. U are in the process of socializing them; it takes a lot of time. TY for caring & protecting.

謝謝你救了他們一家，有的小貓警戒心比較強，建議你可以買貓用雷射筆-、響紙球、長繩子逗貓棒跟他們玩，讓他們跟你之間有快樂的互動；放一些輕快的音樂給他們聽(試試‘’半點心‘’)；吃飯的時候，直接把食物放在碗裡(固定區域)，讓他們自己去吃就好了，這樣他們也比較自在，我這樣照顧我的貓，他們都很黏我，希望你可以試試看！加油！❤

Your progress with the young cats is excellent. Typically when cats are more than 100 days old and have had no previous caring human experience, this video shows the challenge of adapting. The proper treatment and environment you have provided is top class. I had cared for an adult feral cat who had kittens, and while newborn cats are fun and easy to handle, the mother remained in fear. Nobody else I worked with at the time (mostly incompetent / lazy types) had faith the mom cat would become friendly, but after several months of my determination to be friends she became a lap cat with me and likes attention from others. If individuals do not want to invest lots of positive time and true love into cats, then they should be far away from them as possible. Thanks for giving all cats the best quality life 😺👍💕

Old experience get ingrained in the memory of the kitties, and you're definitely not the first person to interact with them.. it takes time to undo the bad memory. Cats are individuals like humans, to each one his own character.

Here's what worked with my shy/feral cats Please note- there's nothing wrong with them or you. Cats/Kittens that are not exposed to friendly humans during the critical 2-9 weeks have a natural fear of humans. People who do medical etc tests on cats actually spend hours handling them during the kitten stage so the cats don't freak out when they start doing their experiments. 1. speak MUCH softer/lower than you were in the video 2. As much as possible make your movements WAY SLOWER 3. Don't look directly at them (it's really threatening to them) - focus your eyes a few inches in front of them and slightly to side 4. Don't practice the one big move (like picking them up or even petting them) over and over. You'll actually have faster success breaking down something like petting them into very small steps. Practice the first step (like even having your hand remotely near them) over and over until they don't flinch. Only then move on to step 2 (like having your hand a little closer, or maybe sitting beside them).

Hay que tener cuidado con los canales que rescatan a gatos de la calle, hacen vídeos y luego no se vuelve a saber nada de los gatos. ¿Dónde están todos los gatos que ha rescatado? Los enseña en tres vídeos y luego no se vuelven a ver. Hay mucha gente que se aprovecha para monetizar en youtube y realmente le importan muy poco los animales. Es fácil de ver. Observar los detalles en los vídeos.

Yo creo que no se puede tener a tantos gatos y menos en espacios cerrados y pequeños. Se deprimen. Si los rescata, luego debería intentar buscarles una buena familia para vivir. Se ve que están estresados, con miedo y aburridos entre esas cuatro paredes. No todo es rescatar y hacer videos, hay que ser más responsable y ofrecerles calidad de vida. ¡Qué hace con todos los gatos que ha rescatado en estos meses! ¿Se los queda? No me fío.

Conosci i gatti, per qualcuno ci vuole più tempo ... quando ho adottato il mio gatto adulto che era stato rifiutato da una famiglia ci ho messo diverse settimana per essere accettato. Questi gattini nati e vissuti in strada sono parecchio diffidenti (è stata la lorl salvezza ) ma vedo che a poco a poco li stai conquistando 😊 sei una persona gentile e amorevole e so che ti ameranno presto. 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈🐈🥰

It does take a long time to domesticate feral kittens who were as old as that when rescued but, with time, they'll become human friendly. The two who are still very wary of you must have more timid/easily stressed natures. Your patience and persistence at befriending them will pay off, you're a wonderful person for taking them in.

One of the kittens finally starts to eat in front of her. So what does she do? She sticks the damn camera in it's face and it runs away. Jeez hate these amateur cat rescuers. She is obviously just in it for the clicks and likes. Doesn't really give a damn about the cats. Edit: Oh great, she is going to keep them couped up in that little room. I would love to how well she takes care of them if she loses the camera or it's taken away from her.
