I tried to find something wrong with this performance, some tiny error, a slip somewhere, but there was nothing, it was just perfect! great song, great singing, great sax, great rhythm section, great synth....but what really struck me is how much this group enjoys performing with each other. it was heartwarming to watch different people break out into big smiles as they nailed a section or enjoyed hearing another member doing well. A lot of talent in one room, but it wasn't a competition, it was a really nice collaboration of people that really want to be there.

Joyful chemistry between Mel and Andy who look like they're having a ball! Finely balanced by Darren and the team in a solid recreation of the original arrangement that we all know and love. Another cracking performance. Great choice, just seeing the title with Mel and Andy makes this a no-brainer instant classic. Jack is showing incredible restraint, he wants to jump on the sax solo nearly as much as I want to hear it! No high-jink from Crafty this time, Damien and Mario are as cool as ever. Darren, you arranged this very well as ever. Close to the original but with enough of the team's own touches to make it fresh. I was waiting for Fynnlay to rush in at the end and lift Harley in the air, a la Jennifer Grey style, but alas he slept through it all. Maybe someday! 🤣Kudos from Matty. 🤩
