No, you should say thank you. For all the many great videos I post absolutely free for the community. All without ever getting a cent for it. People are always asking for more, but they don't want to give anything in return. We instructors have to make a living somehow from our teaching, so providing long videos for free is a great gift. @@welovedance And I have said thank you in comments . And I am one who also give super thank to the people I train after. I train after many other people. So don't worry about that. I have a blog about thyroid disease. That I spend several hours a day on. I will never make money on it, and I don't want to. It's my gift to my fellow sufferers. I try to stay open to good feed back. And mine was. No one else post 3 minites work out videos. Why? Because you don't want to be interrupted all the time in a training session. I will certainly not train after yours again, now I know what's behind that smile. Not that I am very surprised. As a psychologist, I know that people who smile all the time often do it to hide their aggression. Hope you feel better soon.

Interesting conversation. You don't have to get personal here and constantly allude to my smile. How good that I also have a psychological education and I know a lot about human behavior. My smile is always real. However, this does not mean that I will violate my personal values. My 300,000 subscribers speak for themselves. So far, no one has complained about the length of my videos. I want to please people with my little videos. If they want a complete workout, there are enough providers for that (as I said before).
