In case anyone is interested, in the total 12800000 portals of the 100000 speedruns of this challenge, it is expected to have 6285 with 6 eyes, 599 with 7 eyes, 42 with 8 eyes, and 2 with 9 eyes.

​@@HelloIAmAnExist Well, luisc isn't necessarily the person who made it, lol. He's just the one who ran the code on these seeds. There's actually quite a large seed-cracking community for MC, and tools that would do this have existed for a long time.

I have a world originally made on legacy console in 2016-2017 that has an exposed portal room that, get this, isn't attached to the stronghold. It's just sitting on the seafloor and the stronghold is under it underground.

Yeah, no blocks is just getting a glitched portal and then getting kinda lucky. 12 eye is like 13 orders of magnitude beyond that.

This is crazy to think about the statistics, because a few years ago I got into Minecraft speed running by watching your videos, and the very first seed I ever rolled and attempted to Speedrun all the way through, the stronghold I went to was a six eye and the end fountain was in a hole 😳

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that there is a super rare glitch where if all the eyes in a chunk border are naturally in the portal frames, then just the portal blocks in that chunk are lit meaning the stronghold is pre lit without being completely filled. at 10:52 he almost got it but the 7th wasn't in the correct place.

I'm pretty sure the portal is "generated" twice if in 2 different chunks, so it's actually a Frankenstein portal and the part you can't see also needs to be complete so it wasn't as close. I could be wrong though

Its a misconception it works like this, i actually thought it was like this until during this video, tl:dr the chunk decides if its a 12 eye, not the portal, so even if it aligns it doesnt matter (one of the seeds actually did align but it wasnt lit cause of above)

ive started getting into speedrunning recently (in part due to your videos/stream) so it's really my first time getting to play on so many seeds in such a short period of time as a typically one-seed-per-major-version type of player. it's been interesting to see all the variety (recently got a divine-able nether fossil for the first time which felt pretty neat), and i especially i love to see that the novelty has not worn off for you even so many thousands of seeds later!

Oh, I hoped to see autolit portals. That type when some eyes are filled, but the chunkborder crosses it and if you arrive at the proper angle the portal is partially lit and you can enter.

I have gone to 5 of my friends multipleplayer server's strongholds and all of them have had a dungeon with 5 of them having a spawner there but one didn't have since one of the stronghold walls had made it so it didn't spawn there

In 1.21.1, I booted up a survival world and after like 2 hours I found the stronghold, only the portal only had 5 portal frames because a trial chambers spawned inside the stronghold, meaning there was an ominous spawner where the other frames ought to be.

He will most likely not notice. Also, there is a chance he, one day, plays a sister seed of one of the seeds he already played. All seeds have sister seeds with similar terrain but different biomes, and i think the structures still generate the same in both. On 100.000 games, it is possible
