I cracked up when Alfie was playing with his squeaky toy. I swear my crazy diva Corgi Clara Mavis came into the room and was barking madly the until Alfie stooped. She then looked at me as if it was my fault and left🤣🤣🤣! And yes I Clara Mavis is her full name and that may explain her diva personality!!

I have a thing for fresh strawberries at the moment so I'll definitely try the yoghurt cheese cake. I also have a lot of protein powders, my favourite being Peanut Butter chocolate cup.

You can find protein yoghurts in aldi/Tesco/Lidl instead of buying protein powder for 20 quid x

A good dessert that I had i Greece and it’s supposedly really good for you is natural greek yogurt honey and fresh berries raspberries blueberries or strawberries are great or you can use slices of banana it’s amazing!

You asked a while ago if anyone has got any suggestions about what to snack on in the evening. I used to cut up cheese into cubes and put them in the freezer and snack on them. But I'm thinking of making tapioca balls too as something to snack on in the evening as well 🤔
