FYI, prismacolors look differently in the black sketchbook than they do on white paper. I was drawing a Caucasian person and I used pale peach, like I normally do, and she turned out looking WHITE. So yeah, some of the paler colors look almost white on black paper. But the brighter colors look really nice.

Gratz on recognition, that's awesome :) In my experience canson marker papers bleed through, I've been told here in an art store that they are meant for quick sketching for architects and fashion designers :( They're great though if you just want to test if colors blend together, or just throw together a quick color palette for a piece. Personally I use a super cheap hot pressed watercolor paper haha, yes the paper sucks up more ink than an actual copic artist pad, but I don't want to wait forever for amazon shipping just to be able to get an idea down on a paper. Also a tip, don't color all the way to the lines, copics do feather out a little bit, it gets some getting used to it but if you go all the way to your lineart you're gonna end up with color past your lines for sure. Nice haul, thank you :)

Yes!! Definitely do it again next year!! Also if you want a marker paper that doesn’t bleed even with alcohol based markers would be the cresant rendr sketchbook! You can draw on both sides with copic markers and the paper doesn’t bleed at all. You can do as many layers of Copics that you want and it will not bleed.
