You've never eaten cauliflower like this before! It's incredibly easy and very tasty! Your whole family will love it! Perfect lunch or dinner! Takes a minimum of time, but how fun! This is a new level of flavor! Be sure to try this recipe!
Ingredients and recipe:
Onion.
Chop onion and fry.
Cauliflower.
Chop the cauliflower.
Dill.
Boil cauliflower and add dill.
Lemon.
Cut the lemon into slices and add to the cauliflower.
Salt.
Paprika.
Olive oil.
Butter.
Flour 2 spoons.
2 glasses of milk.
Nutmeg.
We make béchamel.
Add the fried onions to the bechamel sauce.
chicken egg.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Add the egg yolks to the sauce.
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish.
Pour sauce over the cauliflower.
Cheese.
Grate the cheese.
Mayonnaise.
Add mayonnaise to the cheese.
Spread the cheese and mayonnaise mixture over the cauliflower.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sauce:
Yogurt 3 tablespoons.
Add dill to yogurt.
Ground black pepper and salt.
Garlic.
Grate 1 clove of garlic and add it to the yogurt.
