I've never eaten chicken drumsticks so deliciously! Learned this trick in a restaurant! Cheap and delicious recipes! Today I have prepared a very tasty recipe that you have not tried yet. A simple recipe that everyone will love. Children especially love tender chicken legs. They are very tasty and juicy. Try it and you'll want to do it every week! They are so delicious that I make them every day!
8 chicken legs.
Salt and black pepper.
1 tablespoon butter.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry until golden brown, 4-5 minutes on each side.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
Cook over low heat until the onion becomes transparent.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons oregano.
1 beer 240 ml / 8 oz.
Add chicken thighs.
1 cup chicken broth or water.
Cook over low heat with lid on for 20 minutes.
Turn and cook uncovered for another 20 minutes.
