It all sounds great Izzy. I worked (in the UK) for the same big US Corporate for 38 years. That longevity probably won't happen to you, but it felt like several different companies over the years. We had some good CEO's, and some really bad ones (one got fired for using the company jet to travel to an affair! - and that was after he implemented a cost-cutting programme that meant we could hardly travel as staff!) but how the senior management behave, what they say and how they conduct themselves can have a big impact on whether it will be a good place to work or not. Saying that, the people that you work with most closely will (obviously) have a big impact aswell - and it sounds good so far!

I really appreciate this because i graduate with my masters this Spring and start corporate in nyc this Fall. It's going to be a big transition and a huge move from Texas. Good luck and don't forget to have fun wherever you can!
