I really hope you see this Catherine! I was you in march! Fought sciatica until one day I woke up with a herniated disc you have the same exact symptoms I had. At one point I couldn’t sit on the toilet for too long I would cry. I would need to bend my back to find relief. Plz go get an MRI of your back love! I ended up getting a microdesectomy and I woke up wanting to run a marathon. Chiropractor and additional therapy will make you feel worse. Plz go see a surgeon. I’m happy to answer any questions but all I can say is I got my life back 3 days after my surgery which is outpatient btw I went to my cousins wedding. Don’t wait too long go see an orthopedic surgeon, wishing you peace, and much health! Love you

Prayers for you Catherine. I'm an older woman and I experience the same thing. I saw myself in you today. It's been years for me and it can be all consuming sometimes. Thankfully, it looks like you've got some really great help so please get well soon. Btw, a really good massage feels so needed these back conditions, but an intense one can make you feel like you've been in a car accident afterwards and in need of several days to rest and recover. I understand completely, Austin, when you can't get out of bed when it's really exacerbated.

If you dislocated your back you wouldn't be able to move the way you are even sitting. You could have a slip disc. But everyone suffers from sciatica at some point. Do the tennis ball exercises they work best. But mine started from dance and tennis as a teen. Pregnancy bc they sit on all of your pressure areas it worsens. But do the tennis ball exercises you will be good
