I cant watch your streams though because they end at 6 in the morning for me, far earlier than i wake up. In one of your recent streams though you played one of my levels in endless! I didnt get to watch it live but im really happy about it! There are millions of endless levels and i have uploaded about 20, few of which are in expert specifically. I think the comments say (in reverse order): - wait there's no p-switch... (Pスイッチないんだが… / p-suicchi nai n daga) - there's probably a hidden block (隠しブロックありそう / kakushi burokku arisou) ありそう being like, "usually in this situation there would be one". not sure of a good way to translate だが but it's pointing out a subversion of expectations so I just put it as "wait" so I don't think they found the hidden block in the end lol, they're just confused at the ending

Do you know why you get a little hop? In the original Super Mario 3 if you hold down on the white platforms you clip through them and go "behind the level". I imagine the makers of Mario Maker 2 wanted to demonstrate that you can't do that anymore so they made Mario do a little hop.

It's an easter egg in Mario Maker referencing the infamous secret in SMB3 where if you hold a crouch on top of a white block you fall through and go behind the level. In Mario Maker, holding crouch on a white block semisolid in SMB3 style specifically will instead make you do that little hop :)
