I've NEVER tried this Thai Street Food before (Night Market Challenge) 🇹🇭

Today we are doing something new! I decided to do a challenge in which I ONLY eat Thai Street Foods that I HAVEN’T had before!
We visit the Sunday Night Market in Chiang Mai again and it is SO much busier and livelier than before - it’s amazing to see Thailand coming back to life!

hi Josie good morning😍😘 the first one you've tried is takoyaki which originated from Japan it usually have vegetables and octopus in the middle. The first thai dessert you've tried i think it is flan and its not the best version of it I saw a lot of bubbles because of egg whites.. it should have egg yolks sugar and cream and it is really good😁. you should try durian😁. stay safe😘😍🌺🌼

It Japanese and a piece squid in the middle in pancake batter.White flesh of the coconut they make coconut milk from.In Asia they used a lot in Indonesian dishes,Is common in other Asian countries.

Takoyaki is a Japanese food. Tako in Japanese means Octopus. and Yaki means fried. In the original Japanese, there is only Octopus stuffing. And collagen, you have to pour out a little water to have air spaces. In the video, the water was too large so there was no air space for it to working.

You have to understand it’s literally almost pitch black there at 9pm at night. It’s bokeh with a clear picture or a really grainy video that’s horrible quality that you can’t see anything because I use my other lens that doesn’t go down past 5.6

@@josieliftsthings There are many great vlogging cameras now that do very well in lower light. I recently saw a nighttime low light market video shot on a Hero 9 Black that was incredible...all in focus and clear. I think when I resume my channel, I might go back to the GoPro.
