Huh, well that began with so much potential. But it began to go in circles around and around then just went off the rails to end with a big flop. Sure there’s all sorts of things you could interpret from it, but I think in any CreepyPasta that it should be far more direct. Only so much can be left to our imagination before a story ends like this. Nothing made sense after the swirling that they both saw. For me I was lost right when they were heading towards the area where he was being drawn to instinctively. After that, i got nothing. So what began as something really interesting, ended as nothing. Just a lost memory and a married couple. Wowee!

What's really fucked about this, is how little we actually understand about the brain and what extradimensional forces or influences can actually manifest in ways we dont understand. As soon as someone reaches the "crazy" threshold, usually marked by hearing voices or something, all of their claims are marked as invalid, and very few will be able to take them seriously. It's also a great deal cultural. Many of these people could have encountered something beyond the norm or understood, and we never would know because we lack faith in our fellow man. It's one thing if the person is causing problems or becoming a problem (violent or otherwise), but most people only get to that state because they get pushed. When nobody is willing to listen to you, and you can see that glimmer of disbelief and pity in their eye, that shit would probably take a toll on a person who is already struggling with things they dont understand. There used to be healers and shamans for situations like that, and now we have psychologists and doctors...who provide miraculous assistance at times, but are often limited to the confines of professionalism and classical ideologies. lynn in this story was an absolute homie though. Most people wouldnt do as much as she was willing to do for someone she wasn't entirely close to yet.
