That is what many people don't understand...how long resellers spend in the thrift stores...HOURS at a time. It's fun, but it's also hard work!

What thrift store has all those awesome brands! I need to find one like that in my area! ❤
@lynettebunac95654 ай бұрын
But you can’t rely on comps. You have to look at sold items. People will price things arbitrarily, but the item is only worth what a person is willing to pay for them. So other people might think think ooo, but it’s not, shes probably sitting on so many items.

I hate when stores like this, that run off donated items price things up so high. It’s getting to the point where even if you weren’t buying to resell the discount is barely worth getting the item.

Well ppl like this woman caused that
@KhaiGG12228 ай бұрын
I agree 100 percent. Thrift stores are no longer affordable, except on their discounted colors. They have started looking at comps also and pricing accordingly. People who can't afford to buy new, also can't afford used.
@Bebedollie8 ай бұрын
Lolol not being rude but it's because of resellers like this . I know shes making a living but thrift stores hate it when the resellers are making alot more money for an item they sell for a few dollars,remember thrift stores were originally for poor low income families so they can have nice stuff too. Thrift stores may get everything donated but don't blame them . Blame resellers for making channels like this and showing off all the money they make. I don't mean to be rude but it's true. As well as making a profit on the stuff they get cheap they also make money from their channels.

The other day, did my usual FULL browse of over 30 minutes (who am I kidding, it's often a full hour or more in the small shop). I am about to head out but I turn to glance at the rack of tops and there is JOHNY WAS!!! What???! $8 yeah, baby. Now to get it listed!

It goes by so so so fast, and I would love to go back for even just a day. But I just love watching you it is kind of my me time to relax and take a breather . Have two questions (Just found you recently and I'm loving your videos) 1) Do you go through the trouble of washing and doing a half cycle on dryer (so things don't discolor or shrink anymore) to deodorize things, make them smell clean? Like, do you clean or deodorize any items, iron them to get wrinkles out? Etc? 2) And other question is, Do you List/Post the ACTUAL size on clothing tag, Or what size it ACTUALLY looks like? Like, you'll see a tee thats says "XL" in women's, but you KNOW it looks more like a Medium or Large because of all the washer and dryer cycles it's been through, So do you Just list the tag size every time, or do you ever put in description notes that it looks smaller than the tag size? - Really curious about these 2 questions
