Tudor was nice with a humble personality that makes him gentle and smart. I did not know about the story of his ancestors.. as a Romanian I'm more than interested to construct a honestly and truly connection with our brothers outside Romania. I'm bit disappointed that many of them tend to spoke Russian first and then Romanian, but the history was harsh to them so I understand. few years ago when I've first read some history books from Moldova I was truly shocked about how people are reeducated by Russian regimes. but fortunaly in the last 10 years more and more people came to Romania for study or working and they discover that we are as we always was. one nation. the political borders cannot divide our culture, language and folklore. PS. nice videos and personality. salve ✋
@theSalukie3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the comment, man. Tudor was a pleasure to be around. Actually, they were speaking Russian mostly because of me as I speak the language. I more often heard them speaking Romanian initially.

@@theSalukie this put a smile on my face. I hate it when all the blogs like bald and bankrupt ones present Moldova as a Russian speaking country or straight up as a Russian country. I ve been there a few times and I always hear them speaking romanian more often but for some reason, every video I saw online about them they speak Russian..

Brilliant again Salukie... you’re really getting to know Moldova well. That church at the end looked fantastic, any chance you could film a few more churches?

Thank you Dave! I think I filmed a few more in Transnistria, but all the video are posted later on so I can’t take requests. I’m miles and miles away from Moldova at this point in time. If you’d like to request stuff follow me on Instagram and reply to the stories/live updates

Very intereting video, i see the inspiration you got from Bald and Bankrupt's videos (the bus stop, the fact that you went to moldova even though most westeners wouldn't), and it also is helping me a lot with learning russian, i learned many new words from this vid. Keep this kind of videos coming, love from Romania 🇲🇩❤️🇷🇴 ! You should check out Transnistria, it's a really weird but cool place for people who like soviet memorabilia
@theSalukie3 жыл бұрын
Hey there! Sending love to Romania ❤️ the bus stop was actually pointed out by Tudor. In any case, I do love watching bald’s videos and he serves as an inspiration. I did go to Transnistria. I went even though the border was closed. It was definitely worth the risk. The video about that is coming next Saturday :)

You make real documentaries. Great work! Funny, you're scared about bees who might sting, and now you're in the Amazon rain forest, with many more insects. By the way, that Soviet technique of shooting silver iodide has been used to make the radioactive cloud rain above Belarusian forests.

There’s plenty in Israel. I honestly don’t know how, and even after this video I still didn’t. I’m tempted to sting myself with a bee one day just to see if I’m allergic or not 😹

Love this video. So cool when you walk around with a glass of wine and “ piss on communism.” Sad to see rubble filled homes.This is what people like me want to see. We can watch all the resorts and luxuries and high end shopping etc. This is fulfilling.Seeing how simple folk live in places we will never visit
