mere locality mein oneplus ka official OP service center nehi hain par Third party service center hain oneplus ka... so main ONEPLUS 8T greenline issue k liye waha leke gaya tha unhone bola k screen replacement nehi hoga but mujhko appx 27k coupon milega to mujhe bola k aap bill box aur id proof copy submit kar dijiye ... to maine sab kuch submit kar diya tha par 3din tak mujhe koi coupon nehi mila to phir service center se call aaya k apka phone k screen replace ho gaya hain free oif cost aur koi coupon nehi milega ... then maine phone collect kiya sab kuch perfect tha.. phir ekdin official oneplus se call aya for verification purpose k koi chrage liya hain k nehi phone repair karne k liye... overall my experience is good

@@QasimKhan-ll7ik greenline issue software aur physical damage se hota hain... main manke chalta hu apka phone software defect k karan greenline issue aaya hain... but apko yeah bhi yaad rakhna hain greenline sirf apke screen ko damage nehi karta hain apke processor aur motherboard p v effect karta hain... kabhi to motherboard full damage kar deta hain... ho sakta hain apke phone ka mother board damage hua hoga yah kuch aur cause v ho sakte hain... ap dusra OP service center try kijiye dekhiye dusra jaga pe kya bolte hain.., par aap jaldi usko repair kijiye nehi to wo motherboard permanent damage kar sakte hain

Mujhe 2022 November me Green Line aaya tha aur unhone 1 month baad December me mujhe de diya thik karke with oxygen os 11. Phir 3 mahine baad me wahi service centre gaya aur unse kaha ki mujhe software update karke do latest me jo ki tab Android 13 tha. Aur mene unse pucha tha ki Green Line toh nahi aayega na update karne se aur unhone kaha ki nahi. And thankfully 1 saal se zyada hogaya abhi tak 2nd time green line nahi aaya. My suggestion to you guys is Software update karna hai toh Service centre se karwa lo. Unko shayad pata hai ki kaun se specific update se Problem ho rahi hai. If they return your device with Android 11, go back after 20-25 days and ask them to update your device to the latest version. That is a more safe option.

Pay Rs 4000 and take OnePlus 12R brand new 8/128 gb. I opted for screen change. They treated me very well. I am talking about Lucknow Sahara mall service centre.

I bought Oneplus 8 in June 2020, I was using it for last 4 years then after an update my phone screen got green suddenly for no reason, I went to Oneplus service centre in Noida garden galleria they are replacing my screen free of cost. After using phone carelessly for more than 4 years without any cover or guard and getting a screen replaced for free is remarkable. Thanks to oneplus

Sir i recently got green line in my realme gt 2 pro but realme changed the display free of cost but they didn't downgrade the os but my previous OnePlus 8 pro also got green lines but the display was replaced and also os was downgraded. I think os downgrade is a better option as the lines appear only after a specific update atleast we can use the same device

Updating itself is not the problem for green line, it's not like they added a green line in the update, it's because of the heat produced by the update, heat causes the display to get the green line issue.

Same glue issue happened with me in 2022 I think there is some fault in assembly. I revisited service centre 3 time still not fixed. We should raise a consumer complaint on one Plus for unprofessional assembly

Same issue occurred with my OnePlus 9r for 2 times. For the first time they replaced the display but for the 2nd time they offered me a voucher worth 19000 on 2nd April 2024.

Bhai mere OnePlus ke camera mai ek black dot jaisa aaya tha aur tabhi mera warranty bhi active tha toh mai service centre leke gaya apna mobile with bill aur unhone kaha ki aapka phone approx 24-48 hours tak thik ho jayega aur phir mai ghar aa gaya par approx 3-4 hours mai hi message aa gaya ki aapka mobile thik ho chuka hai and you can collect it agle din mene apna mobile le liya overall my experience was good and their nature towards consumer is also very good

So let me explain, me with my OnePlus 10 pro went to the service centre they give us the option to claim the voucher or we will get our phone repaired back, at next day i got my phone back, so conclusion is it vary from service centre to service centre
