Never a stupid question mate. They don’t have a shop to visit unfortunately no but they do attend a bunch of conventions in UK if you wanted to see them in person. MCM May they will be there

I got the darth maul v2 neopixel saber from these guys. absolutely great quality and super solid. had an unfortunate issue with the power button for one. they kept in touch by email with help. then asked to send back. got a video repair update and was back and perfect the same week. And I love it Taking it to comic con this year lol. great company, highly recommend

Unfortunately I have the same issue, I got the baselit version. Was the issue on the button on the ventress half of the saber?

@@flarris7774 Yes it was, I think the spring was too strong and it just flew off when I pressed it. But I emailed them and they kept in constant contact emailed me a return form that i sent off and I got a video of the repair they done. sent it back on a tues and it was back by the fri/sat. cant fault them cos its been perfect since and Its an amazing saber
