the female language of Ubang bear some similarities to Igbo and Ibibio dialects. Due to my knowledge of these 2 dialects, i was able to decode the female language of Ubang. But as for the male language of Ubang, i just cannot understand it

Why do Africans need central government to instill in them the need to preserve their own language? If European colonialism and government had never occurred, to be taken over by their African successors would the Ubang people have never developed the urge to preserve their language?
