Aside from Amiibo, I don’t really buy figures. I did pre-order the Marth figure, but ended up cancelling it. I’d love to have it, but as I thought about things along with having to pay for university and rent, I figured it’d be better to just save my money. Perhaps I may pick it up some other time if it is available and I have the money available to spend.

I waited a year and a half for the Lyn figure. I’m proud I got mine, -its sold out now- >;3 Also Ami Ami is a good place to get the figures too. (Actually checking Ami Ami they made more Lyn Figures which means it was a huge success)

By the title I thought this was going to be a discussion about abuse of "Demand and Sale" theory, but this way good too. Congrats man. And to answer your question: Yeah, I would if I ordered it. Lyn is worth the wait. Lastly, your "justification" should be "cause I enjoy it". It's a hobbyist thing. It is no lesser than a person, who enjoys theater, going to a movie spending 20 bucks on something he can't bring home; and that same movie goer also has to wait little (or a complete) year to see that same product, from the movie, at two to three times the price. If buying a statue and waiting for is silly, then watching movies and then buying them is stupid.

sadly, waiting a year or even longer for figures is part of the figure collecting experience. the aftermarket prices get so inflated that you might as well preorder. some stores like amiami don’t charge you until it ships though so you could cancel it if you change your mind

I’ve been collecting the fire emblem amiibos too think I have all of them except Ike, Roy, Marth and Tiki. Thankfully amiibos are cheap enough so collecting them isn’t as taxing… except the Corrin ones. Those prices. The rarity. Ouch.

Mine just arrived from Big Bad Toy Store. She will look nice with Tharja and Camilla. There were so many knockoffs of Tharja floating about. Mythra and Pyra too if your a Xenoblade fan. They did a re-issue or will be doing a re-issue for Mythra and Pyra. Preorders went up for them on BBTS. I missed them the first time around. These don't get reissues. If they do it's not often.

The Lyn looks so nice, I never played FE7 so I’m not fully attached to her character but I was lucky to get the Cordelia figure back when it released and I love her. I’m hoping to get the byleth one someday but she is pricey. I’ll probably preorder her when I have more money saved up.

Not sure what you mean. If you mean her sword sheath, yeah the hole looked really small but I pushed and rotated a little bit one way and back and repeated until it finally went on properly

Means I just have to have the money on the side for when the figures come out. You know what they say, work smart, not hard (though hard work does pay off)

@@pearsemolloy9656 yea very weird, but 3H has always been biased towards Edel from the very start (3H ads, Cipher, Heroes, they even give her away for free as ad for Heroes..), I get that waifus sell but it's been established & even the devs said they were surprised by how popular Dimitri is! Yet he gets nothing lol let alone my boy Claude! Even lesser known games like Trails of Cold Steel get male figures (Crow, Rean & maybe more) but 3H none ☠ Hopefully the next figure is Dimitri then Claude following him, the demand is high but I don't know why IS isn't fast about this, it's been almost 3 years now.
