One of my best friends went with me when I had surgery once. She sang this to me as they pumped the initial sedation in right before I went out. Everyone needs THAT friend. All good memories. Priceless.😊

When I was 15 I had traveled to Europe to stay with my then best friend and her family . Her dad had been relocated for 2 years by Kodak to France. On my way back home while I was waiting in the airport in Switzerland, I was sitting next to and across from clearly rock stars & a man in a suit. NOW, at that age (which for me was around early 90/91) I didn't know who the Ramones were, what they looked like etc.. I had heard the songs and loved I Wanna Be Sedated in particular but my taste in music wasn't quite here yet. This was a very memorable part of my trip. They did not fly first class. They were in coach like I was and additionally the "suit man" was their manager. He was not thrilled to be sitting next to a geeky teenager flying alone. How lucky was I though? It was ok it was the suit man and not one of the Ramones actually. I was still giddy. He opened his case and gave me a signed photo (I think to shut me up honestly) but that was fine by me. I had a story for the rest of my life. Little did I know that I was on the edge of starting to like more rock less New Kids On The Block. lol. It was SUCH A COOL experience to have and I won't forget it. I never got to talk to an actual Ramones. I think I just stared at their skinny bodies and long hair wondering what group they were... The airport was one where we had to walk outside to go up in to the plane, the indoor seating was literally only 5 feet apart. SO cool! I am sure someone here that is more familiar with their tours could pin point what year exactly, where they were etc.. based on knowing it was around summer of 1990 ish...

I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina, here Ramones were the rock band we loved the most. I've assisted to almost every concert they played. They live in our hearts and give strenght to our days!

This is so great, i i have been a Ramones Fan for over 40 years. I have seen them live many times and in mine humble opinium, this is the best band in the world
