Cheddar is a Great Man with strong vision. My suggestion is he also comes out with his team those that stand strong with him considering this great vision. One thing I've learnt from history and even now is most leaders with strong vision become successful based on the people around him and those he's building with. Dr. Nkrumah couldn't become successful with his long term vision because of the people that were with him. Other presidents might have had great ideas but failed or have failed because of the people around them. Nana Kwame should come out strongly on his team so we will know. He's the only face most of us know. I believe he can get small insight from what's happened to leaders who couldn't achieve their dreams because they didn't have loyal team members. He is the one carrying the vision with understanding. Do the people he'll be working with have same understanding and stand loyal with him or they'll also like to take advantage on a possible opportunity? God bless team Cheddar
