Hello! just to give a quick explanation to the glasses RM wore. He often wore regular sunglasses as well and many believe this was to hide his face a bit because he constantly got bullied and shamed due to his looks not being "idol-like" (him not being handsome enough). One of the many factors of people calling him ugly is his eyes, due to him having very obvious monolids which isn't the standard of beauty. So yea, during their debut it's considered he wore them due to insecurity and for the concept

I really appreciate your honest reactions. you have to know that BTS recent english songs such as DYNAMITE (that was released as a fun song during the pandemic in hopes to cheer people up and they made it in english so it can reach and be enjoyed by everyone), BUTTER, PERMISSION TO DANCE were written for them not by them which is a huge difference because their lyricism is so beautiful and genius, also, they were trying to gain more audience/the gp through radio because US radio RARELY accepts any foreign/korean songs to be played and unfortunately, it's not everyone's cup of tea and it made some listeners have this bad opinion on them without giving them a chance, that's why as a fandom we keep telling people that there is MORE, BETTER to BTS and that they're WORTH THE HYPE. i'm really happy to see you give them a chance to see their true talent and the sounds they can produce from hiphop to latin pop, funk, pop, r&b, edm and a lot more genres.

So basically this was their debute song it is their first song ever and since they were supposed to be hip hop group that was their style 😂 their older songs are great you want something like this you can go with DANGER, WE ARE BULLETPROOF PT2, BOY IN LUV, WAR OF HORMONS all these are almost the same style and they are from their older albums. About butter and dynamite and permission to dance their three full english songs they were released at the pandemic period so theu were supposed to entertain and cheer up the fans not more, but their korean songs are really deep and great You can add BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS, FAKE LOVE, BLACK SWAN, I NEED U, RUN BTS this last one is considered as a new one from their last album but it's dope oh react to DOPE I like your reaction and i like you, you are really funny. You prob didn't see this with Dynamite or Butter because those were much more westernized pop songs. BTS still does songs like this! Dynamite and Butter, unlike most BTS songs, were not written by them, they were worked on primarily by western artists. I'd say Dynamite and Butter are the biggest departure from who BTS is as a group, which is why ARMY recommend that people don't first listen to those when trying to get into BTS since they're just so different. Additionally, BTS have matured since this, here, the oldest member was 21 and the youngest was 15. Now, the youngest is 26, they've all considerably matured. Also Dynamite was made specifically to cheer people up during the pandemic, so it had a different vibe

lmao I’ll never understand the bring back old bts as if suga didn’t release d-day 2023 a whole ass rap album when dynamite was literally made way earlier in 2020, the be album with disease which came after and is very recent. Run BTS on proof album in 2022. Jack in the box by j-hope which was 2022. You don’t like their old stuff you like their hip hop stuff. They’ve always had some pop songs on older albums as well that I love but I’m almost certain you won’t like such as dna which is Korean and old, but it’s pop and you wont like it even tho I love it. It’s not the older work that you like but the hiphop stuff and saying they haven’t done hiphop recently is just straight up lying. Btw it’s fine to not like their pop music bc plenty of ppl do and it obviously a matter of preference, but there’s so many releases in that genre in the past 2 years alone that’d it’d be straight up lying to say they don’t or that they’ve changed bc there albums always have a mix of more rap heavy/vocal heavy songs.
