I would say it’s more a continuation in my opinion because Y!sam is already committing murder and other crimes and two at this point he also peer pressured the new guy aka Y!Coolment into also committing several crimes as well. Though yes most of the original cast is not there, for reasons I don’t know of, it still feels like continuation more than a reboot for me at least.
