John Deacon wrote this. It is a parody of a British tv soap called Coronation Street who was covering the women's liberation movement. Roger's girlfriend suggested they do it in drag, and all 4 were on board. The MTV old guys in power in the USA didn't get the reference nor the humor and banned it.
