This is the Ending Explanation video of "I Want To Eat Your Pancreas" Anime Movie which is also Known as "Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai" in Japan. The movie was released in 2018 and became box-office hit.
The story is based on a teen girl Sakura who is suffering from pancreatic diseases and soon going to die. She shared a bond with his introvert classmate Haruki and changed his whole life.

I think you missed important part of the movie to explain which was when haruki sent sakura message “i want to eat your pancreas” and she saw that message before dying. It was like haruki somehow confessed his love to her that means he wants to have her soul even if she died as explained in beginning with the name i want to eat your pancreas. This made haruki cry and us too😢

Sakura died because of accident not because of her illness shows that no one knows when he/she is going to die. Sakura knew that she will die because of pancreatic disease but didn't knew that she will die by accident. It also shows that we have to love everyone around us not only the one who is sick and has a short life spam because again no one knows if it's the last meeting with you and him/her..... Hope you get it This is why Sakura died by accident instead of illness. Yes, when you will see this Movie yourself then you will notice that one news keep running on many times. Throughout the film the news talks about a serial killer in the city. This serial killer had already killed many of the innocents. & unluckily, Sakura was also killed by him at the end. Edit- I didn’t mention about such news in my explanation before because these news were always keep ruining in the background only, & as a viewer we would never consider it as it has to do something with a main story. Every viewer just finds it as a random news & just ignores it. I didn’t want to give you spoiler by highlighting this specific news on my explanation so I didn’t mentioned it earlier.
