Ive been running a similar deck with 3 limit reverse and I beat someone in the KC at D Lvl 16 yesterday, so it can take you to the top, but man it's inconsistent.

Depends on luck, i couldn't remember how long i took to get the skill, just use Marik to play pvp or fight against legendary duellist will do
