I Wanted A Fairly RARE 48 Inch, Peterbilt Stand Up Sleeper, I Found One... Here's Some PROGRESS !

We've got a new project headed our way, when I heard it needed a bunk, I automatically thought of a 48 inch stand up for it!
I made one facebook post and found one!
It wasn't very close to home, this is the trip and some progress in the shop!

Hey Shayne, I’m impressed, you even stopped to check to make sure the load was secured. It’s what I would expect from you. We bought a 60 inch flat top sleeper for the 59 Kenworth we are fixing up. Put a door with a window in both sides and a widow in the back. We got some panels made at a sheet metal shop as well because it’s a lot less than Kenworth panels. Had to drop the bunklower than normal as we wanted the floor to match the truck cab. We put a rear clip off a 2003 K W with air ride on it as well. Doing the 1693 Cat rebuild and then the upholstery. Funny how one thing turns into another and it’s a lot more work than what you originally thought. Looking forward to seeing your project finished. Cheers.

that's a project for you. i don't know how much $$$ for it , but if 1 piece is 1500$$ you know a new sleepercab is 50 to 100 grand. you might spend half of that in labor and parts if you don't splurge too much. As always cheers from Quebec 🥃
