NDA has the Whiteman attitude, cause most African parents shy away from their "Specialneed kids" but this woman is proud to showcase her specialneed kid and even uses him to educate other parents in the same situation. NDA well-done for the education, now african parents won't throw their specialneed kids away or rejects them. NDA you have no idea how many Specialneeds kids you've saved thru your constant education, well-done sis👏

God bless you NDA and all parents with children with special needs, especially the fathers who go all out to care for such children. As for Ghana, we have a long way to go when it comes to children with special needs. The early intervention is all about therapeutic sessions (physio, speech and language, occupational, behavioural, etc) and enrolling the children in special education. The good special schools in Ghana here are costly. God have mercy!

At present, there is no reliable method to detect autism during pregnancy. Instead, diagnosis is typically made based on developmental behaviours and milestones after birth, usually by the age of 2-4 years. If there is concern about genetic risk, genetic counselling and testing may provide more insight during pregnancy. Additionally, there is no link or evidence of vaccine causes ASD, some people say MMR but it's not true
