Manager Tanaka got what he deserved for backing his do-nothing daughter and letting her do whatever she pleases without considering his employees. Glad Keiichi turned things around and knew Tanaka couldn't do anything within the company to reverse his decision when the problems started occurring and just had to wait until the president himself got involved and he was able to return to his previous position with a girlfriend, Luca and the manager demoted and a way to hold Luca accountable.

I've seen many demoting episodes that always involve the offspring or the boss themselves but this has to be the first time seeing keiichi get demoted JUST FOR WARNING THE MANAGER'S DAUGHTER and it wasn't even a warning but just some helpful advice and encouragement. Luca is so childish for taking this "warning" as an attack on her person. Nepotism, anyone? The thumbnail looked new but similar to other ones here. The plot is like a mix of got fired for warning the president's son from last month and a gendered swap version of got demoted by ceo's son which was also from last month. Good to see this art style from 13 days ago and the character designs look decent but luca's character art looks trashy as hell and her nails looked too blocky up close. I've seen good nails on a woman and that's not one of them. Also,why is this fmc's voice back? It made the show draining just from her alone. It's like she wasn't even trying to act. So many real backgrounds used here mixed in with some drawn environments. Nice choice of music played here. 1:15 for a second there,I thought that was moroboshii from mani mani people 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

The mixing and editing (usually done either in house or could also be contracted out) could improve the sound a bit but the initial recording does make a difference.
