You have hindered their movements on their land, put up barbed wire to prevent them from cultivating, let them be humiliated and killed by your settlers. You have murdered their representatives or turned them into puppets. You prevented them from electing representatives by killing or bribing them, forcing them into exile. What were you hoping for ?
