I’ve never related so much to when you said that you’d already destroyed your body enough so stopping wouldn’t erase the damage. I’m afraid to wear sleeveless tops because of the way my parents look at me and other people too. I’m ashamed of myself but I know that it’s keeping me alive.

I'm so proud of you, you're so incredibly resilient and strong❤ I know how addiction to self harm can keep you stuck, and I also went through that "grief" when I decided I to give up on the thing that kept me alive for so long...
