First and foremost, it is physical assault because it depends on how strongly a person reacts to a certain food or substance. However, if I understand correctly, he is allergic to both eggs and crab meat. Both were coincidences, although the allergic attack caused by the crab could have been avoided if his adoptive parents had taken him to the hospital. So it's more like neglect than attempted murder. I would definitely contact the youth welfare office.

@@Nero-mp4bg I initially thought that they knew and gave him the crab on purpose (which might rise to the level of attempted murder), but they didn't know (but should have taken him to a doctor for testing, especially since the egg allergy popped up. He was excited about the omelet, so he had to have had it before without incident. Which does happen.) . Yet their reactions (by doing nothing) would likely result in some charges, perhaps "recklessly endangering another person." Murder requires intent, but manslaughter can be voluntary or involuntary.

Adoptive parents are given a full medical evaluàtion of their adopted children. So I find it highly unlikely that they were unaware of his sensitivity to certain foods. In any case, their reactions indicate callous indifference. Which is a felony offence.@@Sparky0627

What a disgusting "family" that couldn't care less about Yuto and his allergy nearly killing him giving crabs on purpose. Luckily he had the remaining strength to call his real father, a Yakuza boss, and saved Yuto in time, glad that they took him to Moroboshi thanks to his friend. Was for me I would buy "cement shoes" and dump at the sea 🌊. Yuto deserves everything ❤

I really don't want to defend his adoptive parents, but the allergic reaction from the crabs was an accident. His adoptive parents didn't take him to the hospital to have him tested for allergies. However, it was extremely irresponsible, allergies are not something to be trifled with and depending on how severe they are, you can very easily die from them.

Actually, the crime was bringing it to him in the hospital when he nearly died from eating it. They never took him to the hospital to find out if he was allergic to anything other than eggs. I doubt he would have eaten it if he knew.

The fact Yuto's dad thought about his safety above all else by giving him up for adoption is a *_HUGE_* act of love as well as showing up when Yuto called shows how much he loves Yuto and thought bout him even as they lived far apart.

There's an old saying that I like to use when it comes to being a father: "Any man can dip his wick, and be a father. It takes a real man to earn the title of dad." Yutaki did just that, he may not have been around much due to his position, and it was for that reason that he gave his son up, he didn't want to expose his frail son to that kind of life, but, when his son needed help, he didn't hesitate, and answered the call. He very much earned the right to be called "Dad."

The parents wondered why they were fired from their jobs. Simple. They almost killed Yuto. If they could do that to him,who says they won't do it to other kids.

They were not fired for feeding him crab as they would have had no clue he was allergic since they never took him to the hospital after finding out he was allergic to eggs.

They didn't know he had that allergy, but that was because they didn't go to a doctor to get him tested. Which was worse because his egg allergy developed (he was excited the school had it, so he had to eat it before without incident) all of a sudden. What was probably a chargeable offense was not doing a thing to help/save him! And how would they explain his death? There would have been an autopsy showing his allergic reaction, so their social "standing" would definitely take a hit! Along with any criminal charges following them and their kids around. Good luck getting into an "elite" university and company after that!

@@Sparky0627 yeah, but you also gotta remember the first time when he ate crab in their house and he passed out didn’t do anything which that was a chargeable offense because you were just gonna let someone die on your floor, but they didn’t know they would be charged with Wolfle negligence, but the only thing he ate, and this was the start of their meal was crab did you bring crabs to him in the hospital? I don’t even know how they got that through hospital security but if that was the only thing he ate is pretty logical to say there’s a connection between crabbing him passing out the first time Probably shouldn’t give him that again. Then you will be negligent because you witnessed what caused the allergies the first time like his school in the eggs probably won’t let him get eggs again because they know he’s allergic it has teachers they shouldn’t be bringing their allergy inducing food to him, because that could be considered attempted murder

Good question...why adopt him in the first place. Oh right, to make yourselves look good. But not to care about beyond providing food, shelter and clothing. Nothing for his well being, no concern for his health. In fact, they didn't believe him and were going to give him more crab. His real dad was hella better! At least now he has a family that cares for him. At the end, how the tables were turned.

Very great story! Serves that selfish family right! For being so mean to Yuto and for not taking care of him! They deserve to be defeated and be ordered by Yuto! It's nice that Futaki gave Yuto a choice to live with him so that they can work with their father and son relationship and have a good life. I do feel bad for Futaki. But I'm glad that he forgave himself.

The fate of Yuto's froster parents: At first they enjoyed themselves to start with the business, and glad that they get rid of Yuto.But then Keta and his yakza knew the reason why Yuto collapsed the other day, it turned out that Yuto is allergic to crab.Of course their rougery came to light, then the whole family started to blaming each other. Eventually lacked of the fee, their shop became bankrupt. All the customers also saw the video and no longer buy the sea food.Then one day they heard that Yuto's ife were became uphall. They want to make up for them. Just in time that some yakuza who are now joined with him noticed them. Of course they are wise enough to realise that why they resigned just because murdered. And because of bad deeds was being exposed, the fish villagers were gossiping how they treated Yuto. They give them cold shoulders, and their distance relatives stay out of their way. Feeling uncomfortable with the atmosphere, they escaped from the fish village and went back to their parent's place. But they were disowned them. Their grandfather said," Shame on you, Yuto's dad is my friend and my fromer boss. He is also is my saviour when I had nothing.You no longer our family." And their grandmother slaps and hit them with stick, " I don't want any family who are murderer, get out! And what about froster siblings workers you may ask? They kept job hunting but because rumors spread like wildfire, they were being rejected because of the incident. Their classmates also saw the video and refused to help them out.

Hey you know u 4got to add in whether the mom left the dad or died at child birth....my head cannon is she did know who the dad was, but he was always kind to her and he helped her wen she was going to be assaulted by a drunk he passed by and helped and she was worried by his looks but slightly smitten by him, thou he thought she wouldn't like him if she knew who he was so even when he did she desiceds to give him a chance and after 2 years they got together, then Yuto came in 2 months after that but was born early thus y he was a lil frail, and unfortunately she died at childbirth, she said the only thing she wanted was for the dad to do was to make sure Yuto was safe and cared for and to know his mom loved them both and will watch them from above this is wat his dad tells him and the rest of the story continues from after Yutp went with his dad

Well, a sudden appearance of an allergy does happen. I used to love shellfishes, but as soon as i reached 7, i started becoming allergic to it. And now i am 16, i just started having allergies on dogs aswell. So it was probably because he didnt have them the time he was in the orphanage

And his grades weren't good enough for university, so they couldn't have them run across him there. They could have just had him say that Moroboshi had created a cure, but that would just be lazy writing.

Extending the story and bigger fate for the foster parents: Yuto's foster parents reluctantly started to work for Yuto and follow his orders on what to do. However, because of their pride, they felt that they should be giving the orders and not Yuto. One day, the two plan to kill Yuto for good by dumping crab meat all over him. Unknown to them, one of Yuto's guards heard it and used a recording device to record their conversation. The guard showed Yuto the recording and says that he's done being the good guy and decides to put the foster parents away for good for attempted murder. That night, the foster parents snuck into Yuto's quarters with a huge sack of crab meat and pour it all over him. However, Yuto isn't having an explosive allergic reaction, confusing them. Just then, the lights come on and standing behind them was Yuto and his two bodyguards. Yuto was very cross that his foster parents had the nerve to kill him again and revealed that he put a dummy in his bed, tricking the parents into thinking he was sleeping. The guards clutched their fists, looking as if they're ready to kick they're buts. Yuto yells at the parents for trying to kill him cause he heard everything about their scheme and will not forgive them. The parents yell back at Yuto telling him its his fault they're in this mess, only to be silenced by the bodyguards who tell them that karma is coming and they will pay for their crimes. Yuto has the foster parents thrown into the brig as he makes his way back to land. After arriving back in port, the police are waiting, ready to arrest the foster parents for attempted murder. The parents tried to fight back but the power of justice prevents them from doing so. Both of them were charged for attempted murder and sentenced to life behind bars without possibility of parole. They're currently rotting in prison, constantly tormented by inmates. As for the son and daughter, they quickly learned to never be like their parents and are working under the strict orders of Yuto on his trawler boat. The End.

The grunt work they were assigned took a toll on them physically, psychologically and spiritually it became unbearable for the family, but they couldn't quit due to their savings account being empty, they spent the rest of their lives sucking up to Yuto and their superiors.

Also, I dont think those asshole parents needed to adopt him to look good socially, they aready had their own kids that wer, according to them, child prodigies. Also, how about ACTUALLY caring about him with their other kids? That way they actually look good without worry of any hidden skeletons being exposed. Plus, there are other ways to look good without the need to string another person along to be used. Well theyre fortunate theyre not in jail. There are levels of sensitivity for allergies. - when you consume - when in physical contact - when in the slightest trace amount in any medium around you There is also severity - straight up like poison - prevents breathing - a reaction that causes it hard to live - extreme to mild discomfort - itch

Some do this to have a small chance to have their sensitivity reduce. There are case where swollen throats(kids) become itchy throats(adults). My personal experience to cat dander, swollen eye(blinded) to just irritated eyes if i touch them. 15 years constant environment exposure.

Allergies to food are rare that are affecting trough air. An illness that do so is Favism, but it's not an allergy. §Even the allergies that act at trace amounts, require some sort of ingestion (in some cases, contact, but with less serious symptoms). Also during crab fishing and in a crab boat you only interact with the shell, that doesn't have the antigen. To be exposed to the antigen you need to actually open the crab. Also antigen desensitization is one of the way doctors can act to reduce the reaction to an allergen, by repeated exposure to microdoses of the allergen itself, in a controlled setting to treat reactions. It must be repeated often (both the time between repetition and how much a repetition is long depend on the person)

It Would take more than one video , for the "parents" to lose their jobs !!! Should have taken them to court and have the school , classmates , teacher and school nurse testify of what happened to the boy at school. Nurse should have followed up , and had an EpiPen given to her by the "parents" just in case!!!! And their real children should have received scholarships ; if they were Top of their class!!!!

Here is the aftermath of the story. I go back in time and make everyone nice. I get rid of Yuto's allergies and such and he becomes healthy. His parents are not in the Yakuza, and they are also successful business people that love him. The adopted family never adopts him and I make sure that they are always nice to people, even behind the scenes. The parents keep their jobs, and the kids remain in their schools, as well as become successful in their lives. Yuto gets lots of friends, as well as the attention of a very beautiful girl that is named Sakura, who is the queen bee/Madonna of all of their schools together. He has a happy life with her and all of his school help them make a business together. This is the canonical story and woe be to anyone that says otherwise on the matter. I once had a allergic reaction like this to milk it slowly started itching me in the legs even more and more and I started screaming in pain you should put cold water on it to slow it down that's exactly what I did then we went to the doctor and he gave me the cure to it a few days later I started eating stuff with milk in it and the same sting didn't happen can someone explain to me ‏‪6:54‬‏

What kind of teachers are they? I mean it was a great idea to adopt Yuto to make themselves look good, but they think it was a great idea to give crab to Yuto KNOWING he was having an allergic reaction right there? (they even said it) How does THAT make them look good in ANY setting??? The story is not too bad, but the sudden drop in IQ does not make sense since the foster parent were playing the long game.
