I think the supervising Spirit is the anointing. The scripture says in 1 Jn 2:20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One and you know all things. In v27 it says But the anointing which you have received from Him abide in you... The anointing is what the Holy Spirit releases upon you for relationship and service. Luke 4:18 says the Spirit of the Lord is upon me for He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor...

@kingsley, God is capable of supplying money miraculously, but not the fraudulent type brandished by some guys these days. It's the fraud invoked whilst supposedly performing the miracle that disgusts.
