Great courage. I followed your journey to North Eastern from Day 1. It is a pity that you had to go through this, but I like your philosophical conclusion that it is what it is. One only wishes that as a country we would open up that North Eastern part for Agriculture and food security.

It takes courage to go to Mandera and further more border point 1 (BP1), i tend to think that what made you to get arrested is that the security team there thought you're surveilling the place. The best thing to do while in the North is to go to the police station and meet the OCPD and brief him why you're there and that you would like to take some photos or videos around the town. Thank God that HE gave you a calm and unsuspecting nature that's what saved you from Police interrogation and the KDF. The reason why the land cruisers or the buses couldn't allow you to board on them is because flags had been raised on you and the intelligence services were watching you.
