I dont know man, with fans and stadiums packed like that every night. The chants that rival a European or South American Soccer game. Japan is an amazing place to play Baseball. US stadiums are ghost towns compared. The money might not be as good, but the atmosphere is way better. Its like the land of baseball.

As a former catcher, I can appreciate your apology to yours after you shook him off and gave up a homer. When my pitchers would shake me off and then give up a big hit, we'd be back in the dugout between innings and they'd just come over to me and say something to the effect of "My bad. You know the hitters, and you usually call a good game. I shouldn't have shook you off." Nice job on the complete game.

When the shoe is on the other foot - I call a pitch and the hitter mauls it, I apologize to the pitcher and let him know it wasn't him - he hit the spot I asked him to hit. I just didn't call the right pitch in that count/sequence. Definitely goes both ways.

@@BigSqueeGG YES! I have an ex-girlfriend who would love him. And the chance to make money off the legal system would be great! The thing with Trevor is that he is impulsive and that, no doubt, lead to his situation. Poor judgement of peoples motives or he lacked the ability to control his own social impulses... either way it resulted in a legal case that tarnished his MLB career (And also put him on a map of sorts). I'm certain if given the opportunity to do it again... he would make some changes this go around. just sayin. Trevor might not be the sharpest tool in the batters box, but he knows how to learn... He showcases that every week with this vlog...

you know Trevor Bauer's popular in Japan when his vlog gets half a million views in a few hours, becomes the 3rd most trending video only next to the One Piece movie trailer and Japan's No.1 youtuber. I mean, here's a former MLB star just casually wandering around Osaka eating street food, riding the subway, and sitting next to some kids at a baseball game (this was caught on TV and made national news headlines btw). Also, we love your passion for the All Stars game. Most players would wanna take a day off, but you're probably the most enthusiastic player in the entire NPB. That part having nightmares of not being voted was just hilarious. The internet reactions were all "why is this guy so funny" "we gotta get him elected"

It's definitely unfortunate that you couldn't watch the game, but I feel like the same would have happened if you did it in the States too. Baystars management should plan an event where fans can watch the game with you and cheer with you with the flag and everything. Maybe for your fan club? That would be awesome. If it's a planned event, it should be less of a surprise for the audience and the security managers too, and should make it safer for others.

For Bauer fans outside Japan. Bauer is really loved by Japanese people. It's all from teammates, BayStars fans, and non-BayStars baseball fans. USA news was also reported in Japan the other day. everyone. It is completely false that the USA media reports that Japanese people feel negative about Bauer. Bauer's Japanese channel is always uploaded to KZbin one day earlier than the English version. You can understand how Japanese people felt about Bauer right after that news was reported by automatically translating all the comments in the Japanese version. If you are hurt by the lies of the USA media outside of Japan, I definitely recommend watching the Japanese channel.

@@SaltyChip I’m sorry. My comments may have seemed a bit forced. Please understand that I am not trying to force Trevor to play in the All-Star Game. As you said, there are other great players in the NPB and the selection should be fair. I also understand that each fan should be free to decide which players they want to see in the game and should not be guided by others. I wrote the above comment because there seemed to be quite a few people from overseas who wanted to vote for Trevor but had difficulty doing so in the comments section on the last his video. Not that making my comment will help in any way, but I just thought it would be nice if more people could enjoy voting the next time around. Trevor has expressed his willingness to participate in the game many times, as shown in this video. As far as I can see, it is a minority in the NPB who is so eager to participate in the All-Star Game. So we Japanese baseball fans may tend to think he has a strong will to play.

Kind of crazy to get this kind of break down about pitching on KZbin. If i was a young pitcher, i would be studying channel religiously.

you know trev, I have been having a really shitty week. and seeing you make the most out of your current situation makes me want to be better myself. seeing you succeed has given me a lot of hope. now I got to find my own version of throwing 100 mph and pursue that with the same passion as you do.

I got to talk to one of the best Canadian MLB players during the WBC and he was just hanging out in the stands like a normal person. No one was crowding him.

@benedict5604 I was fortunate enough to play pro baseball. When you are young, you're nobody, but a lot of the big leaguers treat you like you're just like them during spring training. I wouldn't even recognize half of them out of uniform at the bars and restaurants. My 3rd best friend growing up ended up winning 2 World Series and an All-Star MVP. One time, when he was coming to town, I called the stadium and left a message for him to please call me (I had been out of baseball for a while then). They put the message on his visiting locker, and sure enough, he called me. I took all of my store managers to the game on him right behind the dug out. They were blown away that I knew him, and they all got to meet him. To me, it was just my high school teammate.
