@@shaziyashaikh80 yes, I didnt take the pay and the experience letter. So it was not much of a problem for me And I joined Capg as a fresher, so no experience letter required. But to help you, I think the exp letters will be asked only if you mentioned them about your work in those orgs or if you had pf deductions. Otherwise you may choose to not mention about those companies

@@That_IT_Girl_1 yeah that's what happened I worked there for three months in 2018 and had PF deduction showing in UAN card. I didn't mentioned in my resume and interview about that bcoz they were giving sales work by giving offer letter of operational hence I left. What to do ?

@@shaziyashaikh80 check with them once if they can give you experience letter. They may ask for a month's salary or some amount to release the Exp letter, since you left without serving the np If not then let the new compay's HR know that you dont have that work exp letter.

maam in the bgv verificaton it is showing pending sem 8 marksheet as i had not received my sem 8 marksheet from the college because the college had made a mistake in pointer and the results are send back as it was a pointer correction from the college will it affect my onbooarding in capgemini as i have inform the HR about it

I want to ask a question... i got offer from Accenture 4.5lpa also in this recent nqt I got selectred in Digital profile now the problem is Accenture started to give onboarding mail and the tcs result just announced i think it will take atleast around 2 month to get onboarding mail... Can i work 2 month at Accenture then leave the company and join TCS... if yes... how ?? can you make a video on this... No YT have covered this topic .... @@subhamroy5619Currently If you have any offer in hand and you are willing to join, you can go ahead and later if you get a better opportunity you can simply put resignation in the current company and accept the new offer and start working there. The other scenario would be you suddenly stop going to the work in the first company-the case of abscond, its not a good practice to do. So in this case company will send you an email for returning assets and other instructions as per their policy. Suggestion - take the current offer start working, gain skills and switch with a better pay after you complete atleast 1 year. There were few of my batchmates who joined at 3.8 lpa, worked for 1 year gained skills and switched after 1 year in different domain at 11+ lpa as an ecxperienced candidate
