Odd question, but I can see the smooth filter on ya gameplay. I don’t personally get it, but do you use it to help your eyes, or because it looks better to you? (No judgement. Just curious)

I think I put it on a long time ago because of the grain on the womb and utero was already straining on the eyes. Good question!

why you poop but dont break it until boss fight?

Every poop give BlueBaby a fly that does 1.5 his normal damage, so if you save them all for the boss it damages it a lot making for an easy and safe fight!

I don’t have any cosmetic ones aside from a different music track! I use mainly external item mod and antibirth. I also have the skill issue mod to keep me humble
