I remember your mother and I followed her journey through whatever media. News, magazines etc and I knew that you had to leave when you were 3 years old and went to live with your mum’s friend. I moved to Australia. When the 9 Australians and Schapelle Corby were arrested, my daughter in Johannesburg followed their stories and I told my daughter about your mum, whose story she didn’t know. She has followed your mum’s journey since. She went to a talk from your mum a few years ago. She also went this past Saturday in Johannesburg. Today she was telling me about the journey about both your mum and you. It must’ve been such a challenging time for both of you. Despite your experiences, you have become such a wonderful well spoken and inspirational person. I wish you both well and hope that one day I could meet your mum.
