I know the game isn't balanced correctly, but yea, I would like a way to deter dds from making stupid plays and getting away for it. Sonar and radar help with that.

OMG, you really did this and made it half way work. The second game was hilarious to watch, because this is the comedy of high tier matches, BA Montana has 0 complaints when someone is broadside at least. Out of all the IJN destroyers, I like the Hayate the best. The guns are absolutely filthy on that ship. I’ve had so many witherers and high damage games in that ship from just using the guns.

Grandpa spartan didnt talk much after the incident. It took a heavy toll on him. The way he carries himself...changed. His demeanor and expression cold, always lost in thought. No one brings the incident up around him, despite the countless thanksgivings of trying to get any information out of him. Hopefully grandpa spartan can move past it soon, or else it might haunt him forever.

Also, if you want an Elbing, just convert Doubloons to XP for another unlock, and spend it on the Elbing instead of unlocking whatever with it. It does cost a bit of actual money still if you don't have the doubloons, but you don't have to save up XP for years...

That's why you have to take breaks. My gaming experience this weekend with my friends was down right some of the worst games I've played in a long while. Teams where dieing before the 10 minute mark. Half the teams were dead before the 5 minute marker. It was horrendous 🥔 action when my friends and I were the, last alive and I ended up being the last one standing and I was like WTF is this 💩. You're playing it like a normal Shimakaze though... You have to play it like a fire-slinging Cruiser... You have to use cover, smoke, and team spotting... You're trying to run and gun with it... Also, you're too dependent on twist and track... Your thoughts on the Elbing are the same way... They aren't Meme Boats. You're just doing it wrong and getting frustrated and impatient because they don't work the way you want to play... There's more than one way to skin a cat...

@@SpartanElite43 Yeah, if you insist on being out front. That goes back to what I was saying about your play style. You're trying to play the game your way with a build that doesn't suit your style. You don't HAVE to capture points to win. It's important normally, yes; for a destroyer to push, but You obviously can't rush in when your build doesn't have the concealment, because you're just going to be spotted first. You also waste potential benefits by trying to push the issue with using concealment perks in your build; which is silly because you're getting an exposure penalty every time you shoot the guns... You can't do that in the open like you were. You have to be more strategic...

@@SpartanElite43 If you were to instead lag behind bigger boats, and use cover and smoke for your tactics, instead of depending on juking and jiving while trying to capture; you would be able to wither bigger boats more quickly for your teammates, and focus fire where needed... Instead of telling folks where to shoot; hang back and wait for them to shoot, then target whatever they're targeting to help kill it faster... You can also flank harder and get in the spotting intelligence that way, but running into the middle is a bad idea... Thinking more like you're playing a small, fast cruiser would work wayyy better for you...
