The golden pair of Nepalese cinema. When I met Rajesh Hamal and Karishma Manandhar at the shoot of Chandal in 1997, they were not in speaking terms. Mr. Hamal had brought a Russian girl to the shoot and he and Mrs. Manandhar sat miles apart. They only met before the camera and every shot was priceless. I asked Mr. Hamal why he didn't speak with Mrs. Manandhar, to which he said बोल्ने कामै पर्दैन। I thought that was weird. Anyways, both are legendary actors and salute to the both.

People only say Bhuwan kc is playboy n all that. For the fact people don’t know how playboy was Rajesh Hamal. Bhuwan kc had broken marriage so became easy for people to judge. Also why people in film fraternity don’t call Rajesh Hamal mahanayek? Cause they have seen real Rajesh hamal how he acts, treats in set? Overall his personality n character behind the scene. Where as darsak has seen him as class, well behaved, fluency in english n so on in front of camera. We always saw him playing same character with same hair style. He couldn’t keep with trend. What Karishma expressed from this interview also clarifies how Rajesh is in real.
