I make the fenugreek the night before in a mason jar overnight and then in the morning I strain it and drink it straightaway. So I don’t store it anywhere.

2 weeks is not long enough to notice anything …you have to be consistent to see growth. That means drink it for minimum 6 months while doing your deep conditioning and protective style .

Yes you would. They doing too much leaving it over night. No need for that. Heat is a catalyst so it speeds up the reaction … so if they just boil the seeds they would make a tea with the seeds and get the same benefits. Much faster than letting it sit over night.

I think it simple if you put rood or herbs on ya heais you should should beingesting it for the main nutrients it what yoy out in your body amd how uou stop breakage. It a combo. If you out vitamin c on your hair and skin uou will het better results if your taking it.

Personally, I drink it consistently until it is done. Yet, I only add one tablespoon to a medium sized saucepan of hot boiled water, then wait for it to cool. I take it cold, but I also reboil it, and take it for tea. I do hope that I am doing the right thing... Yet, I am aware of the side effects... Thank you. GOD BLESS YOU.
