He’s not running at 5Am, he’s not sparring 20 rounds a day, if he was, he would not have gained nearly 20 pounds. A 5 mile run burns roughly 1000 calories, even if Tyson fury only ran he’d be at a 3000 cal deficit, add on the sparring he’d be at a minimum of a 4000 calorie deficit, eating 3000 calories a day is hard, eating 4000 calories a day is nearly impossible. Either Tyson is telling the truth, running+sparring and he’s just stuffing his face with ice cream on a daily basis CONSISTENTLY, after every workout, or he’s lying about all of the training and just eating like a slob. If you don’t believe me, do all of the training that Fury says he’s been doing and TRY to gain weight, guarantee you it’s not possible. Chael’s boxing videos are always hilarious but this one is a gem.

Fury is one of those rare fighters you cant judge on physical appearance. The extra weight imo is by design, his gameplan for this rematch is to stand center ring and let Usyk come to him. Fury will use his height and reach side step and then lean on Usyk in the moments the fight gets on the inside of his reach. Usyk will have to deliver a remarkable to performance to beat Fury.
