Enable advertisement cookies, then click the ads for insurances and banks. These are the shortest and least annoying^^ And of course the ad tracking will throw more of that your way, like you need a loan from every bank out there...

The upgrade scheme on this is incredibly poorly thought out. It seems like there's no reason to buy anything other than power for a long, long time. Each power upgrade is ~10%, and the upgrade appears to be multiplicative rather than additive, so it's consistently worthwhile until it costs at least 10 times more than the other upgrades.
