Yes i can relate. i fainted one night. When i woke up 48 hours later as a quadriplegic and a surgron asking me to move my toes which i couldn't do and he said you will likely never walk.again. At the time i thought he was wrong. Everyone did. i mean you faint and collapse and that was it. i broke my neck when i dropped to the ground. And the broken bone impinged upon my spinal chord. my neck healed but my spinal chord never will. So i am in a wheelchair. my hands are folded - my fingers will not straighten out so i could not carry on with my job in.an office environment. I am lucky to this day. my husband still supports me. i have twin sons who are now 23-yrs old. My accident was in June 2011. Thank you for sharing your stoty. You are a great person. Very admirable.
