When I was in elementary school they luckily taught us every year about sexual assault from kindergarten to 6th grade but they used different terms like "confusing touch" and they would show us a video to demonstrate what it was like (not explicit it was just actors)

Interesting you should say that. A teacher and janitor in my High School abused kids for years in the 70's yet despite the rumors, he wasn't caught until 1987 in which he plead guilty. But he then reoffended from 1990 to 1992 in which he plead guilty again and got 14 months in prison in August 1993. Back then though there was a culture of silence. He has since died though, in June 1995 but the school is now facing a civil lawsuit over their mishandling of him. Even creepier, his brother (who died in 2019) painted my house in 2009 but he was actually a very nice guy who hated what his brother did.
