That was a very nice intro. Editor-san trying to get that bag... hehehe... I really enjoyed this event! It did almost feel like a Chevreuse hangout but that in itself isn't a bad thing. It was also our first introduction to Chiori and I immediately fell in love with her. Oh... fun fact... there was an audio issue with Paimon right after Chevreuse agreed to join that was pretty much (at the time) a future voiceline in the beetle battle event. Most folks missed it because there was a significant pause after Paimon's voiceline (anyone would normally just click to keep the convo going with the length of the pause).

After fontaine archon quest everything Fontaine comes with events was related to dramas and and actors even long awaited endgame mode comes as theatre and about performance. I wonder what Natlan will impact on whole game after 5.3 🤔

I loved this Festival, it was so much fun. Plus it was a nice break from all of the heavy stuff. I LOVE Chevreuse and Chiori (they're 2 of my fav Fontaine chars). When I first saw Chevreuse's drip marketing, I loved it instantly because she reminded me of one of my fav things to collect- Nutcrackers because of the toy soldier look. The Nutcracker is my fav Holiday soldier (so her coming out around Christmas was perfect for me). I didn't get Chevreuse immediately simply because I didn't need her at the time. Sadly I had gotten spoiled about Fontaine's ending before this event, so I had no qualms playing it at the time. I had just finished Sumeru's Archon quest and hadn't even started Fontaine yet. I DID miss the interaction between Neuvillette and Ayato, I was so upset with myself gees! Lol. It was after this event, I started checking out videos for extra scenes that I might have missed. Like I almost forget to do that for Nahida's bday party (I missed Day 1 stuff oi, but not 2nd and 3rd day). Oh I'll add, this event made me ship Ayato and Chiori, I LOVED there interactions, it had me laughing a lot! Edit- Oh! What I am also loving about these events is how they actually correlate with real world stuff. Like obvious this event is a reference to the Cannes Film Festival, which does take place in France and it IS normally a good event for Indie Developers. Also Chiori herself gives great insight to what historically happened between France and Japan (since Inazuma is based off Japan). I have a minor in Art History and both France and Japan had an interesting relationship art wise for each influenced each other's cultures, especially with France being inspired by Japan. So having someone like Chiori around really made me smile. The game devs did their research for sure! For a Natlan event, a part of me is hoping we get one that's either inspired by El Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) or Carnival. Oh, I live in south central Texas, so I am familiar with Hispanic culture since I am surrounded by it lol.

Those two fatui in monds has more voiceline updates than their harbingers 😂 No, but Fashion Designers actually know powerful people is so spot on, because that's the reality. Fashion Designers often have important figures as their client, like Ann Lowe who designed JFK's wife's dress, or my cousin who is a FD in one of Indonesia's region often handles orders from high ranked officials from government or military positions. But, not all collaborate the way chiori and chevreuse did. Still, it's not rare of them knowing the hot juicy government gossips 😂😂😂
